Code of Ethics

The Policy of MCL is to conduct all of its business in compliance with legal principles and high ethical standards. The policy sets standards of professionalism and integrity in all dealings with employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.

As per this Policy

• All employees shall have the right and responsibility to ensure that MCL’s business is conducted with high ethical standards and in compliance with all applicable laws;
• Discrimination or harassment of any kind shall not be permitted;
• No political donations shall be made;
• No bribes shall be given or received;
• Conflicts of interest shall be avoided;
• All employees shall conduct themselves as responsible members within the local communities; and
• Employees shall be encouraged and supported to report, in confidence, any suspected wrong doings (“whistle blowing”)

Appropriate ethical behaviour shall be reviewed as part of the Company’s internal control process.
