Ashwin Devineni, Resident Director
A graduate in Industrial Engineering from University of Washington, USA with senior management experience in enterprise software and automation markets, as well as corporate acquisitions, across North America, Europe, Middle-East, Africa and Asia – Pacific region. Business Development Director at Hewlett-Packard for Asia-Pacific region prior to joining Nava Bharat (Singapore) Pte. Limited as Director and Chief Executive Officer.

G.R.K.Prasad, Director
A Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants and Institute of Company Secretaries of India with 29years of experience in Finance and Accounts function in various capacities and organizations. An expert in Project Financing and M & A activities. He is the Executive Director of Nava Bharat Ventures Limited, the holding company of Nava Bharat (Singapore) Pte. Limited.

E.S.S.Nebwe, Director
A Fellow Member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Member of the Institute of Directors of Zambia, with 36 years of experience spanning various sectors of Zambian economy like banking, power, transport, communications, commerce, industry, agriculture, water development, etc. Held senior positions in the Government of Republic of Zambia and handled special assignments as Coordinator/Advisor.
