Plants & Expansion

A 300 MW plant is proposed in the initial phase of the project development. The configuration proposed is 2X150 MW units which offers better availability and flexibility of operation.

Based on the assessment of the reserves of thermal grade coal at MCL and demand for power, the capacity of the power plant will be further expanded by 300 MW.
